POSITION OVERVIEW

We're looking for a HIGH-ENERGY, detail-obsessed professional who thrives on momentum and precision. As our Recruitment Specialist, you'll be the dynamic first point of contact for prospective students and families—someone who brings infectious enthusiasm to every interaction while maintaining meticulous follow-through on every detail. This fast-paced role demands someone who can juggle multiple priorities, track every lead with precision, and turn genuine excitement into measurable results.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $19-$21/hour (part-time)
  • Generous commission bonus structure plan
  • Total earning potential: $50,000-$65,000+ annually for high performers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Outreach (Energy Meets Precision)

  • Proactively hunt for opportunities—develop and execute creative, high-energy strategies to generate intro lesson bookings through phone, email, social media, and face-to-face outreach
  • Respond to ALL inbound inquiries within 2 hours (not 24)—speed and urgency are your competitive advantage
  • Meticulously track every touchpoint, conversation detail, and follow-up task in our CRM system
  • Build and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects with detailed notes on family needs, preferences, and timing
  • Create energetic partnerships with local schools, community organizations, and businesses that generate consistent referrals

Intro Lesson Coordination (The Details That Win)

  • Schedule intro lessons with precision—confirm, remind, and re-confirm to maximize show rates
  • Prepare for every tour by reviewing prospect details and personalizing your approach
  • Conduct enthusiastic facility tours that showcase energy while answering detailed questions about programs, pricing, and benefits
  • Follow up immediately after intro lessons (within 1 hour) while excitement is fresh
  • Maintain a spotless, organized tracking system that shows exactly where each prospect stands in the pipeline

Enrollment & Conversion (Enthusiasm That Closes)

  • Bring contagious energy to every enrollment conversation—make families EXCITED to join
  • Clearly articulate program details, pricing structures, and unique value propositions with accuracy and confidence
  • Anticipate objections before they arise and address concerns with both empathy and precision
  • Hit aggressive monthly enrollment goals through relentless activity and smart follow-through

Community Building (Be Everywhere, Remember Everything)

  • Show up with energy at community events—be the person everyone remembers
  • Maintain encyclopedic knowledge of all programs, instructors, belt systems, and success stories
  • Remember names, details, and personal connections—make every family feel like they're your only priority
  • Create organized systems for collecting and sharing testimonials and success stories
  • Execute rapid follow-up sequences that keep prospects engaged without dropping any balls

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RELENTLESS ENERGY—you wake up ready to attack the day and maintain that intensity
  • OBSESSIVE attention to detail—nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
  • Excellent communication skills with an engaging, enthusiastic presence (both in-person and on the phone)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality
  • Self-motivated achiever who sets high standards and refuses to miss goals
  • Tech-savvy with strong organizational systems (CRM, calendar management, task tracking)
  • Comfortable with rapid-fire activity and high-volume outreach
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation for community outreach and events

Preferred:

  • 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or recruitment experience
  • Experience in martial arts, fitness, or youth development industries
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management software
  • Social media marketing experience

SCHEDULE

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week or Part-time: 20-25 hours/week available
  • Some evening and weekend hours required to accommodate prospect availability
  • Specific schedule to be determined based on business needs and candidate availability
