We’re looking for a Studio Experience Coordinator who loves connecting with people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re the kind of person who remembers names, thrives in a clean and organized space, and enjoys making families feel welcome, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do

1. Welcome & Support Our Families

• Greet students, parents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Build relationships and help families feel at home
• Provide guidance with class schedules, events, and membership questions

2. Stay on Top of Communication

• Answer phone calls and return messages with care and clarity
• Respond to inquiries from parents, leads, and vendors
• Maintain clear, respectful, and upbeat communication

3. Keep Our Systems Running Smoothly

• Use Zen Planner to update student profiles and manage registrations
• Track class and event attendance with accuracy and consistency

4. Maintain a Clean and Comfortable Studio

• Tidy and organize the front area to keep it welcoming
• Follow closing procedures carefully
• Monitor the environment so students and parents enjoy their time in the studio

• Strong communicator—both in person and on the phone
• Organized—you can juggle tasks and stay on top of follow-through

• Bonus: Experience with front desk, customer service, or Zen Planner
