We are hiring a Studio Manager who can operate at a high level and elevate the parent experience within our organization.

This is an on-site leadership role. You must be physically present at a studio location and operating the front desk during scheduled operational hours.

This role requires precision, professionalism, and strong judgment.

The Role

You will oversee daily studio operations and ensure that every system, interaction, and environment reflects excellence.

You are responsible for:

  • Operational execution
  • Parent communication
  • Enrollment flow
  • Facility standards
  • Technology systems
  • Consistent on-site front desk leadership during operational hours

Core Responsibilities

Operational Leadership
  • Oversee daily operations at your assigned studio location
  • Be physically present and lead front desk operations during open hours
  • Maintain clean, structured, high-standard facilities
  • Manage retail and inventory accurately
  • Ensure processes are followed consistently
Technology & Systems
  • Confidently use CRM systems, scheduling software, and digital tools
  • Manage email communication efficiently
  • Track enrollments and key metrics
  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues independently
  • Improve systems when inefficiencies are identified
Client Experience
  • Respond to parents promptly and professionally
  • Handle phone calls with confidence and clarity
  • Support enrollments and retention
  • Maintain a calm, organized, professional front-facing presence at all times

Compensation

  • $50,000 to $65,000 salary based on experience and performance
